Caran d'Ache Chromatics Fountain Pen Ink - Organic Brown

£23.33 GBP

Caran d'Ache was established in Geneva in 1924 and is Switzerland's only pen and pencil maker, located close to the French border just outside Geneva. Their origins hail from founder Arnold Schweitzer's purchase of the Ecridor Pencil Factory in 1915. They are today known for their stationery and luxury goods, including wallets and cufflinks.

With an off-angled base to the bottle, the Caran d'Ache Chromatics ink series really does set itself apart from its peers in the aesthetics department. While it won't it upright on a flat surface, it sits perfectly in its designed presentation box. The angle is to allow the ink to settle in to the corners to assist you with filling your pen even when the ink is low.

The hexagonal glass bottle is also beautifully engraved and looks much like a most-expensive bottle of fragrance. It really is a sight to behold, and is perfectly topped off with a polished chrome cap.

Each bottle is said to synthesize unique expertise: the science of colours- hence its name. The collection uses Caran d'Ache's colour experience to master the most intense pigments across a spectrum of 12 vibrant, deep shades. Each bottle holds 50ml of some of the world's highest quality ink.
